I hereby apply for membership in the Danville Conservation Club with the understanding that I will pay the initiation fee of $50 plus the yearly membership dues of $100 ($50 after age 70). Payment must be sent with this application to the address above.

Please note the following rules:

1.        No alcoholic beverages may be brought or consumed on premises of the club

2.        Fishing rights on the Club lake are confined to the member, spouse, and minor children. Bass fishing is catch and release only.

3.        Dogs will be on a leash on Club grounds.

4.        Swimming is not permitted in the Club lake.

5.        Refuse will be deposited in trash containers located on the grounds

6.        A speed limit of 15 mph will be observed on the Club driveway.

7.        Vehicle parking on the Club lawn is not permitted.

8.        Target range rules issued by the Range Chairman will be observed.

9.        Boats kept on Club grounds must have the owners name and address conspicuously and permanently displayed on the boat.

 

I have read the foregoing rules and will, if I am accepted as a member of the Club, comply with such rules and the By-Laws of the Club.
